TO GET THE CONFETTI TO STICK TO THE SIDES OF THE BALLOON WALLS - Rub the filled balloon sides with a wool sock to create friction. Shake the balloon confetti and roll around with the wool sock to get it to stick to the walls of the balloons. You can also roll on carpet or rub in someone's hair (with permission).
